Hampta pass trek

With herds of shepherds and trekkers, the Hampta Pass trek gets its name from the village of Hampta. It is situated at an altitude of about 14,000 feet in the Pir Panjal region. The journey to Kullu starts from the Manali Valley and then takes you to the summit of the Chandra Valley of Lahaul. The oak and walnut trees on the way to the trek will mesmerise your sight.

Barren mountains and stark, overlooking Lahaul on one side and the lush, flower-laden Kullu valley on the other, the Hampta Pass trek is one of the most dramatic treks in Himachal Pradesh. This 25 km long trek can be undertaken by novice trekkers with a good level of fitness. One of the popular attractions of the trek that keeps the excitement level high among the trekkers is the abundant nature.

From lush, fragrant apple orchards to deep oak and deodar forests, it is lined with rich ambience that every nature lover would want to enjoy. Another star attraction of the Hampta Pass are the spectacular Shia Goru and sand camps.

Triund Trek

Camping under the stars and a hot bonfire is the best combination to enthral the Dhauladhar ranges. Triund Jo offers sightseeing tours especially at night. If you want to go alone or with your life partner, then this is one of the best trending destinations in India. You can reach here without sweating too much from your body.

With a total length of 9 kms, Triund Trek is one of the easiest treks in Himachal. It is very suitable for beginners. Starting from McLeodganj or Dharamkot, the trek takes you to the spectacular Bhagsu Nag. The trail has a total of 22 curves, passing through breathtaking forests of oak, pine, and rhododendron.

Offering panoramic views of the majestic Dhauladhar Range on one side and the lush green Kangra Valley on the other, this beautiful trek rewards hikers at every step. Most of the trekkers meet in Triund Trek during the months of September to November and March to June.

Laka Glacier Trek

Stretching for a length of 13 kilometres, Laka Glacier Trek is a long lasting trek, known for its surreal scenery. The trek from Triund Top to Laka Glacier will take the glaciers along, giving them even clearer views of the mighty Dhauladhar.

Bhrigu Lake Trek

Located at a distance of about 20 kms from Manali, Bhrigu Lake Trek is one of the most beautiful grasslands in Himachal Pradesh. The place receives a large influx of trekkers due to its breathtaking alpine meadows and serene lake.

Kheerganga Trek

Situated at the end of the beautiful Parvati Valley, Kheerganga Trek is one of the most serene and peaceful trekking places in Himachal. With a small bathing tank, a charming hot spring and an age-old Shiva temple, Kheerganga inspires millions of enthusiastic trekkers every year in search of spirituality and inner peace.

On their way to the shimmering Kheerganga River, trekkers will pass through charming villages, picturesque waterfalls and mighty snow-capped mountains. Of all the mesmerising sights, one of the most unique is the serpent-shaped waterfall at Rudra Nag.
